Hydrapak collapsible water bottles are durable drinking bladders constructed from abrasive-resistant Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), ensuring they are 100% BPA and PVC free. We carry a few different sizes on the boat; the 500mL and 1L models feature a quick flip-top cap, while the high-capacity 2L version has a robust screw cap.

Why it's Onboard

Storing rigid, empty water bottles takes up an annoying amount of space in our galley cupboards. We keep a variety of these squishy bottles to carry easily accessible drinking water for Rose and the human crew whenever we leave the boat, and we love that they pack completely flat when they are entirely empty.

Real-world Verdict

We’ve been using these specific bottles for years now, and they’re holding up remarkably well - despite rough handling, including being smashed around in Rose’s doggy backpack, not a single one has broken or leaked. 

If you’re ordering some for your ditch bag or hiking pack, I’d highly recommend sticking directly to the 1L and 2L versions, as the 500mL size is too small for most activities.
