This Bosch torch is one of the MVP's of our toolkit. There are current two aboard SV Liger and they get used almost every day, proving to be extremely durable in a marine environment.

The torch has a folding stand that articulates 200 degrees with a built in hook, tripod thread and two strong magnets. As a result the light can be easily setup anywhere you need to work. We generally use the magnets to store it on our toolbox and the hook or stand when we're working.

We find the slim profile and rectangular shape useful as it means the torch can be slipped inside cavities when we're trying to troubleshoot an issue or do a hard-to-reach repair. During our warranty repairs in Trinidad the contractors also use them when working in confined spaces as the torches outperformed anything they had with them.

It runs off the same 12V Bosch batteries as our Bosch Thermal Camera.
