The Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer is easily one of our most used appliances. It's a multicooker that comes with three lids allowing you to slow cook, pressure cook and air fry, as well as sauté and cook rice. As a result it's extremely versatile!

One of the main benefits to having an electric multicooker on the boat is I can set it up on the rear cockpit table or take it outside when it's time to vent the hot air and steam, keeping the saloon cooler. The pressure cook function also makes precooking meals for passage a breeze.
